Who we are
Cardinal Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Ghana, dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children and vulnerable young women. Founded in 2018 by Mavis Yaa Bermudez and Saul Bermudez, the foundation was established to provide educational support, vocational training, mentorship, and community assistance to those in need.
We believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed, and every young woman should have access to skills that empower her to build a better future. Through our diverse programs, we are breaking the cycle of poverty and social exclusion, ensuring that no one is left behind.

At Cardinal Foundation, our mission is to:
